What kind of clients do you typically work with?
I work with women and female-identifying individuals looking to transition out of their nine to five career and into their own company. Early stage business development is my specialty and I believe in supporting you comprehensively though the process with sound strategic guidance and holistic life coaching.
Do you offer coaching programs for more seasoned entrepreneurs?
Absolutely! When you grow and scale your business as an entrepreneur, new levels of resourcing and support are a must. You may have questions or hesitations around entering new markets, expanding your product lines, or bringing on an investor. You may be feeling overwhelmed or burnt out after a few years in business. I provide you with tools and guidance as you expand, while ensuring you feel deeply supported as you move into the next phase.
What is the typical length of a coaching relationship?
The duration of our relationship will vary depending on the kind of coaching support you require. I recommend all of my clients begin with a six month commitment, as this leads to the most effective results.
What kinds of things will we cover during our coaching sessions?
You are the ultimate architect when it comes to your life, and the same applies to our sessions. Our coaching calls will begin with a discussion around your coaching requests for the week and then we hit the ground running. We cover the full spectrum and life and business.
What does a blend of life and business coaching actually look like?
I believe that building a successful business requires tremendous personal development. As a life coach, I ask incisive questions and share my insight to help you resolve blocks and embrace your full potential. As a business coach, I provide consultation that moves your business forward including: strategic guidance, transition planning, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
How do I know if your coaching style is right for me?
During our discovery call, you’ll get a good sense of my approach to life and business coaching and you can ask me questions to ensure my style aligns with your needs. If I had to describe my approach to coaching in two words, it would be holistic and expansive. Successful businesses are born from sound strategy and the entrepreneur’s capacity to fully embrace their potential, move forward with confidence in their business, and cultivate meaningful and supportive practices.
